1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is The Farm Kitchen (“The Farm Kitchen”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to parents and carers aged 18 or over whose child currently attends a school or nursery supplied by The Farm Kitchen.
Employees of The Farm Kitchen, their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must:
- Follow The Farm Kitchen’s Facebook or Instagram page on which the prize draw is advertised; and
- Comment “FOOD” on the relevant prize draw post before the closing time.
Only one entry per person will be included in the draw. Duplicate comments will not result in additional entries.
Because there is no charge to enter, this is structured as a free draw rather than a paid lottery.
4. Closing date
Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 2 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a fresh fruit and vegetable hamper.
The contents of the hamper may vary depending on seasonal availability. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
6. Choosing the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. Current CAP guidance requires prize-draw winners to be selected using a verifiably random process or under appropriate independent supervision.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted by The Farm Kitchen using the social media account they used to enter.
The winner will be asked to confirm that they are a parent or carer of a child currently attending a school or nursery supplied by The Farm Kitchen before the prize is awarded.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, The Farm Kitchen reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Prize delivery/collection
The Farm Kitchen will arrange delivery or collection of the hamper directly with the winner, via childs school or nursery
9. Publicity and personal information
Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
Any personal information will be handled in accordance with The Farm Kitchen’s privacy policy.
10. Facebook and Instagram
This promotion is run by The Farm Kitchen and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
11. General
The Farm Kitchen reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably considers fraudulent, abusive or otherwise in breach of these terms.
The Farm Kitchen reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, subject to applicable promotional marketing requirements.
